Private Logan Cole

Logan Cole was the son of George W. Cole and Mattie Howell. He was born in Estill County, Kentucky in 1894. He is a descendant of Colonel Valentine Crawford, Secretary and Wagonmaster to General Washington, and of William Cole, another Revolutionary soldier. Logan entered the US Army and died in 1918. He married Minnie Sample and had one child. He is buried in Millers Creek Cemetery, Estill County, Kentucky.
